Her decorative eye and attention to detail are evident in each and every one of her exquisite cookie decoration kit.Lorena's love for baking and decorating cookies started over 25 years ago, when she would make cookies as gifts for her family and friends. It wasn't until 2019 that she decided to turn her passion into a business by launching Lorena's Sweets. Her creativity and imagination truly shine through in the innovative and unique designs of her products infused with love, imagination, and an elegance that set her cookies apart.
Born and raised in Costa Rica, Lorena takes pride in ensuring that each and every one of her cookie decoration kits are crafted with the highest standards of quality and care. Esteban López Meoño is a Costa Rican graphic designer who has made a name for himself both locally and globally. He has been involved in the graphic design field since 1997, amassing an impressive portfolio of work that spans across advertising, branding, and editorial design.
In 2004, Esteban founded Filisgrafica, a boutique graphic design studio that specializes in building brands through the process of research-creation. His unique approach combines art practice, theoretical concepts, and research making the process a pure creative adventure. His focus is simple, clean, elegant, and well-regarded for its high-quality creative solutions that resonate with their target audience.
More recently, Esteban has ventured into the world of editorial design with his pop-up book publishing company, Sipidipi. These extraordinary pop-up books feature nature scenes from Costa Rica and cityscapes from San Francisco, California, showcasing the art of "Paper Engineering" at its finest. With intricate mechanisms such as flaps, pull tabs, and wheels, these pop-up books transform the printed page into a colorful, magical, three-dimensional experience.
